Our vision
At Northfields Infants and Nursery School, we believe that every child is unique and has the potential to achieve great things.
We aim to provide high-quality education in a happy and stimulating environment, recognising the needs of individual pupils.
Here’s our vision for how we achieve this:
- Encourage positive relationships
- Promote a sense of community
- Create a safe environment
- Champion pupil learning
- Celebrate success

Our values
At Northfields our Values aren’t just words, they are lived out in all we do at school and throughout our community.
We have respect for each other that allows expression of our whole selves. Together we aim to achieve our best, with creative and curious minds and hearts full of fun.
Our history
Northfields Infants and Nursery School was originally called The Grange Infant School and we opened our doors for the first time on January 10th 1957.
The building is single storey with beautiful grounds that look over our link school, The Grange Academy.
Many of our staff have been with us for years and have been instrumental in developing the warm, welcoming and purposeful atmosphere.
